SandStorm provides direct support services for enterprise customers that have full version SandStorm licenses. The support services are part of annual maintenance with email and telephone based support. SandStorm support engineer will contact the designated client staff over phone in case a phone interaction is important to resolve any technical query/issue. The support engineer will try to provide a resolution to any SandStorm issue within a reasonably professional time frame. All support issue should be directed to sandstorm@impetus.com.
